Designed for Technical Service Teams

Structured to be delivered to groups of no more than 6 delegates at any one time, this session is designed to give training on equipment identification, installation of freeflow, pump assist and metered dispense systems, the understanding the importance of line hygiene and glassware management to deliver  the perfect pint.  The session will include instructor lead sessions with various activities to allow the attendees to be confident in installations,
line hygiene, glassware care and how to pour the perfect pint Lunch and refreshments provided if held at the Chemisphere Training Academy.

Objectives:

To consolidate previous learning and gain new skills:
• Equipment identification, uses and fault finding
• Installation of a Free Flow system, Pump assisted Free flow system and Metered dispense system
• COP (Code Of Practice legislation) training and correct installation of gas systems
• Line hygiene using manual and automatic line cleaning systems
• MasterGlass understanding glassware management
• Pouring the Perfect Pint as part of an installation

Outcome:

Successfully be able to understand what drives quality and be confident to install and resolve dispense issues and serve the perfect pint.

Each delegate receives a comprehensive ‘Delegate Guide’.
