This session will cover the processes that will ensure beer lines are cleaned to Brewery standards and how to look after the Glass washer correctly.
This is a practical session that will take delegates through a full line clean and teach them how to renovate glassware.
Refreshments provided.
Objectives:
To consolidate previous learning and gain new skills by:
- Understand why we need to clean regularly and consistently
- Practical demonstration of line cleaning
- Practical glass washing & renovation
- Setting correct processes
Outcome:
Successfully be able to set standards and processes for line cleaning and glassware care that the retailer will adhere to
Each delegate receives a comprehensive ‘Delegate Guide’.
