Designed for pub groups that have their own on-site pub trainers

Structured to be delivered to groups of no more than 6 delegates, this session is designed to give training on product knowledge, the art of managing the cellar from a stock control and hygiene perspective, glassware management and pouring the perfect pint.

This session combines instructor-led sessions with practical activities. This equips attendees with the knowledge, techniques and confidence to deliver superior training.

Objectives:

To consolidate previous learning and gain new skills by:
• Understanding what Quality means
• Understanding what causes wastage and how to minimise it
• Understand and spend time in the cellar discussing management and resolving basic faults
• Understanding what the makes a beer clean glass class
• Understanding how to pour the perfect pint
• Building their own structured training session

Outcome:

Successfully be able to understand what drives quality and be confident to deliver training sessions.

Each delegate receives a comprehensive ‘Delegate Guide’ and Quality Pack.

Cost:

£600 per session – maximum of 6 delegates per session.
