Comprehensive training on all the factors that go into pouring bottled product as well as the theatre of the pour.

This session will include a concise master class in pouring the perfect bottle of beer or cider and understanding the benefits of using branded glasses – they’re not just marketing gimmicks!

Objectives:

To consolidate previous learning and gain new skills:

• History of beer and cider
• The difference between various glass types
• How do you prepare a bottle for serving
• Fridge maintenance
• Glassware hygiene
• Pouring technique
• Presentation to the consumer

Outcome:

To be able to successfully understand what goes into the perfect serve of a bottled product. Each delegate receives a ‘Pouring Guide’ document to take away.
