This course is designed to give full cellar management training and develop fault-finding skills.
The training will consist of a full day at the Chemisphere Training Academy which includes instructor-led sessions in cellar management, product dispense systems, practical demonstrations in the cellar, line cleaning, fault-finding and quality in glass.

Objectives:
To consolidate previous learning and gain new skills by:
- Understanding cellar hygiene & stock management
- Have an understanding of equipment required for all types of dispense
- Fully understanding the importance of Line cleaning
- Understand quality in glass – perfect pour & glassware hygiene
- Understanding how to recognise and fix the top 10 faults that occur
Outcome:
Successfully and confidently be able to understand all aspects of draught dispense and be confident to solve basic faults.
Each delegate receives a comprehensive ‘Delegate Guide’.

£600 per session – maximum of 10 delegates per session.
