 - Fount and T-bar hygiene
 - Beer temperature and condition
 - Observation of bar service teams on pouring techniques
 
Glassware hygiene & storage
- Glassware hygiene standards
 - Hard water levels from the tap, glass washer and coffee machine
 - Glassware storage
 - Glass washer maintenance standards
 - Glass washer hygiene standards
 - Glass washer detergents and rinse aids in use
 - Observation of bar back teams on glassware management processes
 
Cellar Health & Safety standards
- Cellar hygiene standards which includes keg coupler, and cask equipment
 - Keg storage
 - Gas safety
 - Line hygiene frequency
 - Cellar cooling
 
Report
Full detailed report of the three key areas with photographs and detailed action plan to resolve. From which a comprehensive training plan can be built
